The process of making over a room for a homeowner is normally a drawn out one. You may purchase items with a design in mind, but over time your idea may shift, thus causing those purchased items to become obsolete. Thus, costing you more money overall.
A decorator will allow you to visualize the space from start to finish.
-
The job of a decorator is to save you money, essentially.
Have you ever started a project and left it unfinished for months or possibly years? And then found yourself revisiting that project only to redo what you had already done?
A decorator will give you enough options to allow for the outcome you desire, but not too many options that you become overwhelmed. And then execute the design from start to finish, giving immediate purpose to each purchased item, and allowing those items to make sense in the space as a whole.
-
Although it is tempting to do your own shopping to save money, in the end it may cost you more in scale and quality mistakes; meaning that you may end up buying items twice and experiencing frustration from the extra costs.
-
From the time of the first site meeting, it may take as little as 2 weeks for the initial design plan options to be submitted to the client for first review

You set the budget for your space. We will prioritize sourcing your essential pieces like seating, rugs, and storage. On average, 20% of the overall budget goes towards decorating services, while the remainder is spent on product cost.

The style of Ellerton Road Interiors is mostly, but not limited to, clean and classic design with both traditional and on-trend elements working together to create an inviting space with character and charm. ERI uses mostly neutral tones and warm textures, but can also incorporate parts of your own design style.
